Office hours are weekdays between 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM Benefits offered by the company include lunch, transportation to and from work and private health insurance (with the exception of interns). Mars Logistics remembers special days. Various gifts are given on birthdays, newly wed employees who have become a parent. The Social Activities Group formed by Mars Logistics employees organises various social and cultural activities including day trips, bowling tournaments, sports and cultural activities.
Training and Development
Training and continuous development is vital to remain capable of steering change and development in an ever-evolving sector. We organise internal and external training programmes to ensure continuous development of each and every one of our employees. We strive to train employees in order to make them capable of taking the company a step further, effectively use new technology and reflect change and development to their professional life. Newly employed personnel are expected to attend the collective training sessions and Orientation Programme organised by process leaders. These programmes aim to educate people in operational processes and make it easier to adapt to the way of business at Mars Logistics. Our primary target with training and development activities is to facilitate personal development, knowledge, ability and proficiency of our employees in addition to the development of our company.
Wages and Performance Management System
Our company employs a wage system shaped by position and performance. Performance and inflation based wage adjustments are made on an annual basis.
